I was born in 1976 in Mariupol.
By training I am a systems analyst and engineer. I graduated from NTU “KhPI”. Later I earned an MBA at Kyiv Business School.
Before the war, my professional life was in business, sales, and marketing. I worked as a commercial director, a sales director, and a marketing director. I founded and owned three companies.
On 25 February 2022 I joined the Armed Forces of Ukraine. In the war my call sign was “Professor”.
During my service I went through Soledar, Bakhmut, Avdiivka, and Urozhaine.
I was awarded the Order “For Courage”, III class, and other medals and distinctions.
In July 2024 I was severely wounded. After that came more than two years of treatment and rehabilitation.
After the injury, I had to begin many parts of life again. One of the new directions was web development.
But the earlier experience did not disappear. Systems analysis taught me to see structure. Sales and marketing taught me to understand the client and how a business makes money. Experience as a manager and as an owner of companies taught me to look at a website not as a set of attractive screens, but as a business tool.
The call sign “Professor” stayed with me after the war. Today it is part of a new story — Professor Web Studio.
That is why I do not start work on a website with the color of a button. First I need to understand the business, its client, and the task. Only then come structure, design, and technology.
